One Health Summer Institute
The Ohio State-Eastern Africa One Health Summer Institute aims to:
a) Offer skill-building courses and short-term certification for graduate students and professionals in agriculture and public health to increase the number of researchers in relevant fields;
b) Conduct One Health Leadership workshops, which will strengthen the capacity of professionals in communication and other essential tools necessary beyond the technical capacities;
c) Strengthen professional networking across the Eastern African region and between U.S. and Eastern African partners.

Fees: The didactic course fee is USD $1,500 / wk and three weeks practical laboratory training is USD $6,000. The course fees cover: course instruction, training materials, training hall rentals, refreshments for each course day, professional site visits and certification.
